How do I add a medication?

Go to the Medications tab and tap the + button in the bottom right corner.

How do I invite a caregiver?

Go to the Share tab and tap "Invite a Caregiver". Share the generated code with your caregiver.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Dose Deck.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app. Your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.

I restored my phone and lost my data — what do I do?

Sign back in with the same account and your data will be restored automatically.
